I love your product but it is impossible to open! That's why I rated it a 4 rather than a 5. We usually need to take some kind of tool to knock the plastic in in order to access the powder. You used to have a cardboard top and opening the powder was much, much easier. Not sure why you switched to the impossible to open plastic. Any hints as to how to more easily open the product?
