Hair spray can feel a dash stiff when it dries, run a comb or your fingers through it and nice soft hair that stays in place. I use it everyday!! Love it ?
Hairspray
It's gotten an excellent rating from Environmental Working Group for absence of known harmful chemicals. That matters to me a lot. The spray itself is just right for my hair as I use it for body by putting it on with my fingers before ratting and styling my hair. Once I had trouble with the sprayer and would like to be able to get another one should that happen again. It was toward the bottom of the bottle. I had to use another sprayer.

I have used this for years and years. I actually had such issues with the sprayers leaving residue in my hair (white hairspray bubbles), I tried to find an alternative hairspray. They all failed miserably. Not one could compare...and I tried so many expensive, healthy options. I began putting my HBG's spray in a different bottle with a different sprayer and it solved my previous issue. So, although I do wish the sprayer was better at not leaving bubbles on the hair shaft, I love love love this formula and it is worth transferring it to a different bottle/sprayer. I can't find anything that can even come close! It is incredible with my naturally curly hair. Thank you, HBG, for this amazing formula. So so glad I figured out the issue with the sprayer and the bubbles.
Only hairspray that works for me
I have super fine hair that frizzes out when there's any humidity. This hairspray is just about the only thing I have found to mostly keep my hair in check on most days. It takes a while to dry because there's no alcohol, but because there's no alcohol, it does dry your hair (my original reason for purchasing the product). It's a little stiff, but it doesn't look stiff.
Herbal Mint Hairspray
I've been looking for a hairspray with few ingredients that works and actually comes out of a spray bottle. I love this product from Honeybee Gardens. This is my second large bottle and I always carry one in my purse too. Thank you.

I really love this hairspray. I was looking for an alternative to the Pantene spray I used because they don’t carry it anymore. The spray gives strong hold that last days. And to reactivate the spray all you have to do is wet your hair a bit. You don’t even need to reapply. I have curly hair and this is a healthy, long lasting option for me.
Best Hairspray I've used
I bought this because it was recommended that I find an alcohol free hairspray for my dry scalp. I worried that it would not hold well enough. I was very happy to discover that it's actually the best hairspray I've ever used. It holds all day and then some without leaving that white residue that some other brands do, and without it being rock hard. I highly recommend this hairspray!

I echo what others have said: this hair spray is lightweight but still holds, does not have an offensive scent, and does not make my hair feel stiff. It also helps keep natural curl from looking frizzy. I had stopped using hair spray for years because it was so unpleasant and ineffective for me, but this product has made me appreciate what hair spray can do for my hair. It's the best!

I really like this product. I use it as a styling aid on my wet hair before blow drying it, as well as a hairspray. It makes curling my hair with a curling iron much easier and it holds well and yet not sticky. My hair feels soft and natural. I definitely recommend buying this product.

Can't even tell you how many bottles of this I have purchased. It is still the best hairspray, hands down! I have had other green hairsprays that cost MUCH more than HBG and they can't begin to compare in quality. Honestly, the others I have tried don't work period! Alcohol Free Hair Spray
The best hairspray I have ever used. Very pleasant herbal/mint scent, it leaves the atmosphere soon after use. It is good for the environment and works perfect on my thick course hair. Well worth the price of ordering online.
Hairspray that tames my gray hair
Over the past year, my hair has become absolutely unruly--it's very fine and now gray (although I color it). Most hairsprays don't really help. This is the first spray that seems to help a bit. Warning, the small "trail size" is hard to use. The pump constantly sticks. Fortunately, the full size version is much better!

My hair is fine and acts heavy and stiff with most hairsprays. Not this one! I am glad Honeybee Gardens carefully formulated one to help me style my hair without damaging it!

I’ve been using this hairspray for years. The dispenser makes a fine enough mist that it works for my very thin hair. Not too sticky or too weak. Just right!
Surprisingly great hold, nice scent!
Bought this a bit ago, finally had a great opportunity to try it out, I used it on an updo for a wedding I attended. Great hold all day, nice herbal smell when applying, which fades fast (I hate when I can smell my hairspray all day!), and holds strong!! I even slept on the updo and wore it again for a morning brunch the next day. I also use this on my 10-year-old son for his top-knot and it stays in fabulously, without the usual wispy strands of hair coming out. 100% recommend this product! PS: not sticky or crunchy either!!
Alcohol Free Hair Spray
I have used this Honeybee Gardens product for years. I have a very dry scalp and am susceptible to skin breaks and having bacterial infections. The non-alcohol hair spray has helped me to keep my scalp clear of dryness. I highly recommend this product.
Herbal Mint Alcohol Free Hari Spray
Since late last fall I've started trying "healthy" products and because of scalp and breathing issues, hair spray was one of the first items I researched. I picked three to try and because of a sale, I ordered Honeybee Gardens hair spray first. Well, I just bought my third bottle (couldn't resist the sale and don't want to be left with just an empty 2nd bottle of hair spray). It took a week to get used to how to spray it so I didn't get sticky. But now I really like it. Leaves my obstinate hair "in place" but not stiff.

Great hold, no sting
My hair is full and straight as a poker. I don’t like the styling gels and every hair spray that I have used over the years stings my sun-damaged skin and only hols for a few hours at best. This hair spray is amazing. It holds all day with only a light spray and never stings.

Hair spray
Cannot imagine how you came up with that, but it works. Gave one to a friend and one to a daughter. Now need to order for another friend. We do not understand why it works when nothing else does. And hair still feels like hair. Thank you do much.
Good hold
First time ordering from Honeybee and was very pleased with shipping and process. The hairspray works well and has good hold. I sometimes feel I have to scrunch a little after the spray dries because it can almost leave my hair crunchy feeling. I will continue to use it here and there. The smell, on the other hand, wasn't pleasing (to me). You can't smell it too strongly once it is on your hair, if you only use a little.

I truly have not found a hair spray that can compare to HBG...and I have tried MANY brands. I recently tried a sample of a natural/green hairspray. First of all, it had alcohol in it (which I don't like)...but, it was a free sample and a very expensive brand of hair care, so I tried it. I gave it multiple tries. It was terrible...it had ZERO hold and made my hair look so oily. HBG's hair spray is a fraction of the cost and performs SO well. Love this hairspray for my natural curly hair. On my 2nd bottle. Great alcohol/silicone free product. I spray some on wet hair after applying gel or mousse before drying then a little bit after hair is dry and fluffed. Keeps hair in place. Not sticky and no buildup.

I finally found a cruelty free, non-toxic, alcohol- free hair spray! I use this when I feel like my wavy/curly hair needs a little finishing. I use a couple sprays, let it dry, scrunch it out, and my hair is soft and the frizz is under control. I wish it didn't contain glycerin, but it still seems to work well. I also love how it smells.

This hairspray works the best of any natural hair spray I've tried. I like that it takes a minute to dry so I can comb it through my hair before pulling it back into a clip, and really like the fact that it contains organic botanical ingredients.

Best Alcohol-Free Hair Spray on the Market
Several years ago, I had an infection that damaged my scalp. Any hair product that contains alcohol burns my skin and causes incredible pain. There are few alcohol-free hair products available, and most of them are wet, heavy, and sticky. The Honeybee Gardens hair spray holds well and is very light and non-sticky. My hairdresser was impressed that I was able to find a quality product that does not weigh my hair down or irritate my skin. I wish there were styling products like the hair spray!

Natural non-drying and brushable hairspray
I really, really like this hairspray and use it every day on my fine/thin, slightly-wavy and often unruly/fly-away long hair. ;) It has a light, pleasant scent that is neither over-powering nor headache-inducing. Love the fact that it's natural, it doesn't dry me out or cause flakes, and I can brush it at the end of the day.
The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars: it does build up a little bit by the second day, if you wash your hair every other day.

FABULOUS Hair spray
This is the hair spray I've been looking for! It has fabulous hold all day. I worked a 10 hour shift on my feet with a hat rubbing on my hair and my hair held perfectly. Plus, the mint smell when you first put it on is a real treat.

I was lucky to receive a 2oz version of this hair spray in August's Buzz Box. It's kind of embarrassing to admit, but I didn't even realize that the big-brand hair spray I use every day has alcohol in it. I've been careful with products I put on my face because of mys sensitive skin, but for some reason I never thought to look at the ingredients of my hair products. Well, now I'm aware!
I really like this alcohol free hair spray. It does dry slower than other hairsprays I've used, probably because it's alcohol free, so if you're the type who needs to carefully style & spray your hair and then immediately walk out into the middle of a hurricane, this product probably isn't for you, and I'm curious about the type of job you work! But once it dries, it holds just as well as any other hairspray I've used without having that tacky-hair feeling I've just assumed was normal after using hairspray. Once my Buzz Box sample runs out I'll definitely have to pick up this in the 11oz size!
Effective natural hair product
I have been using this product for few years now, am pleased with the holding power and of course very happy not to be applying toxins to my body or releasing harmful ingredients with each pump.

I needed to stop using aerosol hairspray and tried this. As another reviewer said, you just need to use it sparingly because a lot comes out. But it does work... and all day long! I really like it and my hair seems to work better now.

I am so happy I found a hairspray I am comfortable useing! I have very limp straight hair and I need products that add volume to my hair! This spray worked great after blow drying and stayed well! It also smells great and didn't leave a film on my hair. Use is sparingly and spray from a distance! The first time I tried it my hair came out crunchy because I sprayed it too close.

Commercial hair spray makes me sneeze all day, and doesn't do a great job controlling my hair, which tend to be frizzy. This spray causes no allergic reaction, and adds much more frizz control. Love it!

I got this for my husband and sons so that they could spike their hair. It looks great on them. Not too stiff, not too flimsy, just right.
My hair starts out very wavy/curly if I sleep on it wet but with in a few hours gravity gets the best of my long hair and it starts looking just gross. I thought I'd give it a shot and spritzed and scrunched my hair Sunday morning instead of flat ironing my hair. It held! All day! That never happens! Even when I used regular hair spray it wouldn't hold very long.

The reason why I think it is the best is because it is all natural, alcohol free, works as a styling spray before blow drying as well as a wonderful hair spray that lasts throughout the day without being sticky or stiff. It is also so terrific that it is non-aerosol as well. I have been using this hairspray for quiet awhile and it is the only one I will use.
Non-toxic Hair Spray rules
In an environmental class I attended, we pulled up a website that lists personal care products and their toxicity and danger to people. The ratings were from 0 to 10, 10 being the worse. I used to use Aussie products until I saw some of the ingredients were rated an 8 and could cause me harm or possibly even cancer. I searched for products with a 0 or 1 rating and I found this listed. I purchased it and at first I was a little concerned with it feeling sticky like honey when I sprayed it on, but it dries extremely quickly and isn't sticky at all when dry. The nozzle gets clogged occasionally but running under hot water takes care of that. I wish it were a tad less expensive after you add the shipping on, but you really can't put a price on products that are not dangerous to people or the environment.

Outstanding hairspray!
I have been looking for a new alcohol-free, non-aerosol hairspray for the last year. After trying many, may different hairsprays, I have found perfection here. When I ordered my first bottle, I was worried about the herbal-mint smell, but it dissipates very quickly. You really only smell it as you spray. The spray gives great hold, but stays soft and brushes out easily. I hope they never stop making this!

I was surprised at how I could sculp my short hair with this product without it drying too fast and yet it held as good as any salon spray. Considering I have sensitive skin and scalp, this was exactly what I was looking for. This product is the perfect example of why it is no longer necessary for hairspray to contain alcohol. That should've disappeared right along with 80's hair.

I recently started using this hairspray and it works wonderfully! Brushes/washes out easily with no build up and you can even 'work' your hair after you've sprayed it on! Knowing there is no alcohol just adds to the accolades! It also gives volume to my fine, thinning hair.
