How Samples Are Packaged
Each sample is a small scoop of PowderColors packaged in a mini bag. This provides enough product for several uses—long enough to decide if the shade, finish, and versatility are right for you.
Directions
Eye Liner: Dip a fine brush into water, shake off excess, then into the powder. Apply near the lash line. Mix on the back of your hand or jar lid for a creamy liquid liner.
Lip Color: Dip a brush into clear lip gloss, then into the powder. Mix separately and apply to lips. Add more powder for deeper color.
Nail Polish: Dip the Clear WaterColors Nail Enamel brush into the powder and apply to the nail. Repeat to build color, then seal with top coat.

This is an excellent value - you get to try all the colors, see which ones you like, test the feel, how your eyes react (or NOT!) to the shadows, how long they last for the day, what colors mix and match.......try before you buy. Generous "try me" amounts all sealed in individual bags. Love it. Have been able to try, and then purchase the Make Your Own Eyeshadow Palette! Nice. Then you know what you are purchasing and don't have to guess or fiddle around returning stuff because it wasn't what you thought it would be. LOVE the concept !!!
