Truly Natural Lipstick, single samples.
The lipstick is very true to its sample color and highly pigmented. I, personally, would go a shade lighter than what you prefer, but everyone is different. It's shiny and has staying power! Of course the best part is that it is a natural lipstick. I'm Happy to have found something I can feel good about wearing and it not "breaking the bank" Thank you, Honeybee Gardens!!!
Beautiful shades from barely there to bold!
I ordered a bunch of samples and, although not yet finished testing them out, so far I LOVE the Goddess and really also enjoy the Vintage Merlot (which I thought would be too dark for my skin tone, but it is great instead). The San Francisco and Swizzle are lovely for a barely there look with my complexion, and I also like the Calliope as a nice everyday shade. I'll be buying these and seeing how they wear on a longer-term basis. So happy to find non-toxic lipstick that also looks and feels good without a weird smell. And looking forward to trying my remaining samples!
Very nice lipstick!
I ordered a sample of the goddess lipstick and when I received it my first thought was that it would be too dark for me but I was pleasantly surprised when I tried it on to find not only a beautiful shade that glided on with no spreading in lip lines, but it soft and felt great. I will be ordering this shade and its matching lip liner.

Kinda small, sort of smashed coming through the mail. Would be better if you enclosed a small disposable lipstick brush or applicator with samples. I used my finger and it was a mess. I don’t have a lipstick brush.

I finally found a lip color that doesn't dry out my lips!! I've tried every brand, from low end to high end, and could never find a lip product of any type with color that didn't severely dry out my lips. Honeybee Gardens actually moisturizes my lips! And the colors are beautiful! I do put aquaphor lip repair stick on first, as my base, before putting color on. Even so, every other brand still damaged my lips. I'll use this brand forever, I'm so glad I finally tried it!

I really appreciate being able to sample and try on colors before ordering the full sized product. It's often very difficult to tell what the actual color will look like from a computer screen as colors are often distorted. I really like the colors and the smoothness of these, and ended up ordering two full sized lipsticks. I will probably purchase more colors soon. I have a lot of allergies and sensitivities and it's great to find a product with such a clean ingredient list.
IMPRESSED - Awesome Lipstick!
I've tried every brand of lipstick, from expensive department store lipsticks to the inexpensive "drug store" lipsticks, and hands down, this brand is THE BEST. I purchased several sample colors, and Seduction is the only one I've tried because the color is beautiful and I have even gotten compliments. This lipstick goes on smoothly, has a nice creamy texture. Being applied with my finger, it provides a gorgeous end result and is true to its color. Does NOT feel sticky, greasy, waxy, or heavy, and does not leave traces of lipstick on glasses, coffee cups, etc. It is not drying to my lips, yet it does not need to be reapplied frequently like so many lipsticks do. I am in love with this lipstick, will not be using another brand!

I have sensitive skin/lips, and I usually apply lip balm every 1 to 2 hours (everyday). I carry it everywhere with me.
After applying lipstick (Heirloom), I didn't need to use anything on my lips for about 6 hours! The lipstick was more moisturizing than my organic lip balm! 5 stars!
Samples Are Great
Every single lipstick shade looked so pretty but to be honest I only needed one or two---so which ones to pick??? Thankfully samples are offered and I could try each out in my own home. It was still a tough decision since I discovered all the shades really are so nice, but it helped to narrow my choices down.
Sheer
I’ve ordered a few samples of the lipstick and overall, liked how sheer it is and the whole fact that one can order and try the small samples to choose the color.
I’m giving it four stars, because although the colors look very different, on me they looked very similar. Perhaps because my lips aren’t very light, the lipstick had only slight tinting effect.

5-star lipstick formula, but 3 stars because they need to bring back Desire color
I tried these new samples looking for a substitute for the discontinued Desire color. None of them were anywhere near as great as that color. But for those looking for other colors this lipstick is a fantastic, five-star formula: goes on comfortably but appears as if you've already blotted your lipstick (so natural and matte, but comfortable to wear).

Love the lipstick
I first ordered all the samples and was excited I finally found a color and natural lipstick I loved. I’ve been wearing it the last couple years and when I went to reorder it was gone. I was bummed and ordered 2 new samples and surprised I loved this color even better! By far the best texture natural lipstick I have tried.

I have to say, I was hoping to love the lipstick, I ordered several different color samples. A couple of the samples were very grainy and dry, I wasn't even able to apply them to see if I liked the color. Unfortunately, I didn't care for the three other colors I had ordered. I do love being able to order samples, it definitely saves money by not ending up with a color you won't wear!

I had a lot of fun trying these samples out. The samples are big enough to try for a number of days in a row, too. This lipstick has some serious long-wear to it!
Great Way to Try Colors
I tried 12 different samples and I have to say it will be hard to narrow them down to 1-3. There are a lot of great, easy-to-wear colors that I could imagine blending in well with many different complexions. Colors can go on thin and light, or layered for more "oomph." I was surprised that my #1 favorite is Darla, as opposed to some of the medium-darker colors, so having the samples is a great help.
Amazing color + product
I actually did a ton of research because I was trying to match an exact NYX shade (Spicy) for a choral group I recently started performing with. I got the Queen Bee & to my delight it matches exactly, is an amazing consistency, and is 100% natural to boot! I really love it and am so glad I had the option of getting a sample. Now I'm buying the full size with peace of mind. Bonus: There is enough in the sample for several applications, so even if my lipstick doesn't come in time for my next concert, I have a backup :)

It is wonderful to be able to sample products before buying. I tried multiple colors (heirloom, thoroughbred, calliope). They're all fabulous and similar. I love a natural, pinky nude with brown undertones. However, calliope is my favorite so far! It is the perfect "my lips but better" color for me. LOVE it!

I love the samples. You do get a nice chunk. I only look good (not like death) in very few colors. I can't wait to find my perfect shade!
Fab samples easy to use!
I say 'easy to use' since all I did was slice/cut with scissors open one side of the ziplock (the side at right angles to the 'zip'), so I have an almost resealing 'book' in which the slice rests. No mess, and no fishing out a pigmented bit of semi-solid goo, getting it all over the sides of the bag and the zip. I open the 'book' by opening the zip, and then use my lip brush to apply and try the colour.
I decided to write a review here though I got samples ages ago. The packaging was the same at that point. If the $10 for all colour samples had been available then with the newer colours, I would have loved to do that! I'm glad these samples are available, and for $0.50 are a great way to try these colours 'to be sure'. The samples are a cut of the bullet, and have enough for several applications.
Perfect
The perfect way to be sure which color to choose to suit your complexion. I bought 4 samples and really liked 3. The 4th just didn't work at all for me. I ended up ordering Dream, Heirloom and Tuscany and I am very pleased with them.
Lipcolor samples
Colors are lovely, and nice "staining" too, which I love. You don't use scent in your lip products, and I know that's very popular, but not with me. A little essential oil goes a long way for me. All I can smell is old (worst case scenario) rancid oils with unscented lipstick. :(

I’m allergic to carmine, and finding one without it is hard. I love that I can wear all these colors with no issues. I’m super fair skinned with red undertones. Heirloom and San Francisco are perfect shades. I would like to see some even lighter neutral pink colors.

Really nice color that lasts long.
Beautiful colour, and it lasts a long time! The only down side is that it dosent spread super well and stays where you applied it. All in all though, I would recommend it to a friend.
Gorgeous colors
This sample size is very generous, so I've been able to wear the two colors I'm trying out (Desire and Romance) several times, with different makeup looks and outfits and still have plenty left. It's nice to be able to make an informed decision, rather than just wearing a color once! The pigment quality is high and both colors are long lasting. I like both, but LOVE the Romance color and will purchase the full size product soon.

Review of lipstick sample
The lipstick itself was very nice. Color was beautiful. The sample was somewhat awkward with a tiny slice in a small zip lock bag. Tried to scoop it out with a small applicator so could only get a tiny amount at once. Other than that the sample has convinced me to buy a full size lipstick in the color Romance.

The samples are very generous. The lipsticks are creamy with great color. They don't make my lips feel dried out in an hour like most. I will definitely be ordering full sticks.

Best lipstick ever
I have always had a hard time finding a lipstick that was was not allergic to. The ability to just buy a few samples is awesome! Turns out this is the best product ever. I love all the colors I ordered samples of (Cherokee is my favorite). I will be ordering full sizes.

The color was described well and it is beautiful ( Seduction ). It's very smooth, stays on nicely and the scent is like a light vanilla. It's wonderful. I am really thankful for the samples. I just dab it through the sample bag with my pinkie finger and smear on my lips. I like a nice light coating, and I probably still have about a dozen or more applications left. Thank you.

Like many others, I was unsure of the colors (computer monitors are tricky when it comes to make-up colors), and I really liked the idea of ordering samples. I was not disappointed! Each sample was creamy and non-drying, plus gave me several uses! I will definitely be trying more. :o)

I ordered two samples but I think need to try more, neither shade seems quite right. I am very happy to have this option so I don't get stuck with a full size I can't use again. Other than that I really like the lipstick.

Multiple Tries
I love these lipstick samples! They have a few uses in it, so you don't have to make your decision after just one try. This was invaluable to me. I'd say you can try them on about 4-5 times. Sometimes I knew right away it was not a good color on me, but some were harder to tell. I was able to narrow down my favorites then put one color on one side of my lips and another color on the other half, and compare that way. If the sample was too small, I don't think I would have been able to make a decision! I have cool skintone, pale skin, blue eyes, dark blonde hair. Tuscany and Burlesque were my favorites and I just ordered them in full size.

Lipstick
The lipstick itself is great as far as moisture and lasting power and knowing that there are no harmful chemicals, but all the colors look brown on me or have a brownish tone, with the exception of the new red one.

Pretty Colors!
I ordered several samples and love ALL the colors. Unfortunately they all do not look good with my coloring. Out of 7 samples ordered I have 4 so far that I might order full size. Still have 2 colors to try. My 2 favorites so far and I will purchase are Tuscany and Seduction. I am dark blonde with blue eyes and pale to med complexion.

Dark purple!
Masquerade is a good replacement for the discontinued Superstition only its not as dark. Its a plum purple color & its very moisturizing.
Great nude for brown skin!
I love how moisturizing the formula is & its a great nude. More so tan brown..not a pink nude.
A great color for me
Thoroughbred is a great color for me. I am 63 years old with light to medium complexion, hazel eyes and light brown hair. It has a nice sheer moisturized feel to it and looks nice. I have tried a couple of other samples and was happy to see this new one. I am glad I tried it.

Goes on easily, moisturizing but not at all sticky. Great staying power. Colors are great! SanFrancisco is a great every day color, Paradise blended with my lips, giving that "me, only better" look. Dream and Romance are also nice, natural, yet looks like you're wearing lipstick look. My advice is to purchase a bunch of samples, even colors you're not sure about. Guarantee you will be thrilled!

so far, so good..I am allergic to (what seems like) EVERY lipstick on the market.. haven't found the "ingredient" that is the problem..
but I have tried Valentine (a little dry.. for me;but love the color!); San Francisco, has a lot of glitter; but really liking Heirloom! going to try a couple more days before I order full size tube!

almost more of a lip stain
This is a very light lipstick that works best under a clear moisturizing layer. I was very happy with Seduction, which I would describe as "berry" and Bombshell, which is slightly more orange but definitely still a red. Paradise is more purple than it appeared on my computer screen, not what I was looking for.
Wonderful lipsticks!
I ordered several samples and they are all beautiful colors. The texture of the lipsticks very creamy and moisturizing. I found the colors to be quite long lasting as well. The Valentine looked the best on me since I have cool coloring. It is a beautiful light rose pink. The Vintage Merlot is gorgeous too. It is the perfect cool stained wine red. I also like the fact that they are unscented.

Highly pigmented colors
I have tried a variety of lipstick color samples and so far, each one has been so highly pigmented. I am very satisfied with this brand of lipstick. It stayed on for hours before I had to reapply. And, I'm being good to my skin.
Love These Lipsticks
This is the best way for me to buy a whole bunch of different colors and not worry about them going bad before I get to use them. I love these lipsticks, but I find I don't use them quickly enough because I like to mix the colors sometimes and I like to vary my colors and I like so many of them. So I've found that the small sample size is perfect for me, then I can buy more than one or two colors and they don't dry out or go rancid before I can use them up completely. And I use them up completely ~ no WASTE!!!!
Amazing color and coverage
I hardly wear lipstick as it never last, this is a great lipstick to start off with, it glides on smoothly, covers well and last for a while.
Great color and feel, but a little messy
The colors were wonderful, and they are all lightweight. However if you get some anywhere else around your mouth, good luck getting the color off.
HONEYBEE RESPONSE: I'm sorry you got lipstick where you didn't want it. Coconut oil works great to remove all traces of lipstick, and it's good for your skin to boot!
