My New Favorite Eyeshadows
This was part of my first order from Honeybee Gardens. Following my overall positive experience with ordering and using the products daily, I am now a big fan of this company and their products are now firmly in my daily ‘go tos’.
I am a biologist interested in natural cosmetics and I wear vintage-style makeup every day. As I age(42 years old) gentleness to the skin and product ingredients are increasingly important to me. I love the attention to ingredients by Honeybee Gardens. For the ‘Create Your Own Palette’, I love the flexibility of choosing my own shades. The palette box is pretty, sturdy, and comes with a useful applicator. I only use mattes and I wanted neutral and brown shades. I chose Nirvana, Mojave, Chateau, and Coco Loco. The colors are very well-pigmented, are highly buildable and blendable, and are among the longer lasting nature-based shadows I’ve tried. Only a small amount of product is needed to make an impact on the skin. The only thing I would change about this product is that I would wish for more matte shades. I would like to get another palette with smokey neutral greys–blacks if they were available from Honeybee Gardens.
Overall, I’m completely satisfied with my order and impressed with this company, their products (including quality and value for money) and ethos. I’m surprised it took me so long to find and try Honeybee Gardens, but I highly recommend their products and plan on shopping with them again.
Very pretty!
I got pacific, daredevil, dragonfly, and conspiracy in my pallette. They are all lovely colors and well pigmented. I tried them first without prepping my lids with primer and powder, and they creased pretty badly. It is great on properly primed lids though!
Custom eyeshadow compact
I love this compact! I could pick colors I like and I am very happy with the four I chose. You can pick other colors to put in the compact when you would like a change in one or all colors! Very simple and convenient! ?

Pressed eye palate
Again, appreciate the variety of colors that are available and so happy that they are still in stock when I run out. I have hated the fact with other vendors that I find a good color, return to purchase it and it has been discontinued. Not with Honeybee! So appreciate being able to come back for more when I run out!
Love the selection
I was an avid Aveda makeup user but they have disc their entire makeup line and have been searching for an alternative- and I have found it at Honeybee. i took advantage of the samples first which is HUGELY helpful when picking out shades online. The price is extremely reasonable and I love the ability to mix and match your own 4 choices. I am loving the quality, the colors, and the cute compact. I have found my new makeup site!

Eye Shadow Palette
This is my second palette. I got sone colors to complement my first palette. I like that when I travel I can exchange the shadows out. Nice color options.
Creases and Fades
I love the colors I picked for this palette. Finally have a palette with colors I will use. However, the shadows crease and fade pretty quickly after applying…even with primer. Plus, it’s not very pigmented so it takes quite a few swipes to apply the desired depth you want.
Great product
I love the eyeshadows. I had previously purchased the Canterbury from another vendor and loved both the color and staying power. I recently purchased 4 more colors and the compact. I would highly recommend.
Create Your Own Eye Shadow Palette
I love this palette. So often you have to buy an eyeshadow collection for one or two colors you would actually use, and the rest get thrown away. I really like that you can choose which colors you want for this palette, and it's refillable.

My dream eyeshadow palette!!
As a young girl first trying eyeshadow THIS is what I always dreamed of having. A palette with magnets that you could choose your own colors to mix and match. In fact I distinctly remember tearing apart eyeshadow compacts and gluing only my favorites into one larger compact...it wasn't a pretty process but I was determined. Well fast forward many years, and I am on the hunt for ONLY clean cosmetics and you not only hit that out of the park but have my long dreamed of configuration. I LOVE IT! Thank you for the healthy offerings for our skin and the innovative packaging.
Eye Shadow Palette
I searched everywhere for some rich matte eye shadows and was thankful to find Honeybee. First purchase here, and so far I am very pleased. I love the idea of building my own palette of shadows. The eyeshadows are very lovely and long lasting. No creasing or fading. I will be buying more soon.

Definitely recommend the BUNDLE | 'Create Your Own' Eye Shadow Palette! It is a great cost savings, it fits nicely in my makeup bag, and is super convenient. It is reusable to switch in/out other kinds when necessary.
Beautiful, wearable shades
I like a well curated collection. I don't need to scroll through 70 shades of the same color to find just the right nuance. I purchased the shades Cameo, Mojave, Cairo and Fresco. While they look basic, they are beautifully pigmented, buildable shades that enhance my blue eyes.
I like being able to pick my own shades vs buying a premade palette. I will suggest that the palette bundle be more present on the eyeshadow singles page. I hope in the future there will be a discount for repurchasing four refills so we can reuse our palettes.

I was delighted to be able to pick my own colors for my palette. I never use all the shades in any premade palette I've ever had. So great to be able to pick my own shades!
Mix and match without a care..
Never knew I could have so much fun putting some colors together. It’s perfect for customizing that perfect palette for all occasions. I have gotten several now and I feel like my makeup turns out better than ever. HBG’s eyeshadows are so great, even darker colors go on soft and smooth so you can layer and decide how much intensity you’d like. They are all coordinated so you can really mix and match and can’t go wrong. Colors last very well with no irritation! I have become a total HBG junkie and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.

Great range of colours to suit you whatever you like. I went for the purples and they're great. Love that the pans in the palette are replaceable - less waste can only be a good thing.

I absolutely love this! It looks great in-person, and I adore the fact that you can customize this with whatever colors you desire.
Furthermore, if you decide to buy more eyeshadows, you can easily switch them out. It creates an essential and easy all-in-one eyeshadow pallet with a mirror and an included brush. It is all-natural and handmade! Shipping and packaging are great. I love that the packaging is recyclable or easy on Nature. What's not to love about this? I'm ecstatic!

The option to get the case and have it come with eye shadows is great. I really like the case which seems to be very well made. The eyeshadows are great quality with nice pigment (better than some mainline brands!) and doesn’t cause irritation like so many other brands do. I can actually wear makeup again and enjoy it!

Try the samples. Decide which colors you like, Make a palette of the colors you want. No wasted buying/returning. You create what you already know you like, at a fantastic price. Love the concept. You can also try the loose powder colors and order little pots of the ones you like. Brilliant !
Very Pleased
First off, I love being able to customize my own little palette! Second, I love how well the colors blended onto my skin and how pigmented they look. Lastly, for me, these eyeshadows are enough to achieve the desired look I'm going for. I chose 4 matte shades and 1 with shimmer. Now that I know these worked out great for me, I'm looking forward to getting another one for a more bold look. Overall, I'm very pleased with my customized eyeshadow palette! I am 55 years old and have tried everything.
I have spent so much money trying to find mascara and eyeshadow’s that doesn’t make my eyes itchy halfway through the day. I have honeybee gardens mascara and eyeshadow and it stays on and I don’t have to wash my eyes four hours into the day because I can’t stand it anymore. The colors are soft but they have a high pigment.
I don’t write a review unless the product really is different. So if you’re looking for a soft natural look that stays on through the day and doesn’t make you break out on your cheeks or your eyes itch I would give this product a try. They also let you have 50 Cent samples that are nice size samples. Their lipstick stays on and it really moisturize my lips at the same time. After a week I took all my expensive make up and threw it out.

Love the pick your own shades! I got some matte shades off brown and purple to wet and use as eyeliner. I do wish there was a matte black or very dark grey option to pick as a single shadow to use for eyeliner purposes. :)

Eyeshado pallete...make your own
I ordered four different shadows to place in this palette. They are all very smooth, pigmented and wear all day. There is no need to overspend buying from other companies. This is a steal and the performance is on par!

The dark shades are perfect
I first heard of this brand through Raegan Hart on YouTube. She ranted and raved on the pigmented eyeshadows and bellisima mascara. I'm not into ready-made palettes because I don't end up using every color. I prefer to pick my own colors. And I only feel comfortable with mattes. So I did the build-your-own. I knew the mascara was going to be bomb, but I was skeptical about the shadows. Hart is very fair skinned, and I'm dark skinned. I've been having a very hard time finding clean eyeshadows that show up on my dark skin. Looking back, I should have purchased only the darkest matte shades from Honeybee Gardens, because they're the only good performers on me. The paler shades just turn to an unflattering ashy tone on my skin. . .and that's after trying to build up the color over and over. In order to get the paler colors to swatch, I had to make 7-8 passes with my fingers. . . .and they were STILL ashy. Ugh. On the bright side, the darker shades, although not buttery smooth, are pigmented enough to show up. So I'm happy with that. I bought two build-your-owns for myself, and 2 for my little sister. She picked pretty awful colors for her complexion, but hey. You live and learn.

I don't know why I waited so long, great makeup, i wash it off with just water no soap even needed. I chose my own colors and it's compact, light and just perfect.
Soft and true colors
i just had PRK eye surgery so I was looking for safe and soft eye make up! I found my dream! This make ip is silky and smooth, long wearing too but without irritants! I am a devoted fan now!
Lovely eyeshadow for everyday
I got this palette a week ago and it is already becoming my everyday shadow. Subtle and lovely shades are easy to apply and last all day! I also am in love with honeybee gardens blush in breathless! It gives me such a natural glow

I received a gift certificate for Honey Bee. I ordered the make your own eye palette , tinted lip balm and a mask. Everything came so perfectly packaged and with a sweet little note and gift. I love that it was packaged well and with recyclable materials! The eye pallet is so adorable and I love that when I run out I can just replace the individual colors!
Nice shadow, magnetic case not my favorite
1st...I love that I could choose the colors I wanted most. 2nd...the shadows are easy to apply and the pigment is pretty good. 3rd...I don't love the magnetic case. The shadow discs spin as you try to load the applicator. It's a minor annoyance...but perhaps a future change to square pans of shadow and magnetic case would solve that.
Custom Color Palette
I love this! I was finally able to order the case with my own choice of colors, instead of having to buy each one and the case individually.
Best Eye Shadow, EVER!
I love this eye shadow palette for so many reasons!
1) It has a slim profile... has just enough of each of 4 colors for what I need... not a zillion colors and not a giant vat of each.
2) the low- to no-waste packaging that each single eye shadow color comes in, and the low- to no-waste packaging that comes with my entire order. I.e. there's no packaging to speak of for the palette container, and it's in great condition on arrival.
3) Being able to choose my own colors after buying samples is no-waste as well! No returning colors that don't work and/or throwing stuff away because it doesn't work on my skin.
4) These eye shadows work! Stays put all day on my eye shadow primer (from another company) and looks the same at the end of the day as it did when I left the house.
I wouldn't change a thing! I do hope that in the future there will be a wider range of browns and earthy pinks that aren't too orange, as well as blues and greens that aren't so dark/bright. For now, these are my go-to eye shadows. I've switched to cleaner makeup and there are other brands that have eye shadows that are nice, but they don't offer the versatility of the choose-your-own palette, or the low-waste packaging that HoneyBee Gardens offers, so I'm now a loyal customer here!!
Perfect colors and environmentally-friendly
The mineral-based colors are beautiful but I love that they’re matte. At my age shiny eye shadows just highlight the thinning areas under my brows. I really love that the shadow “pots” can be removed and recycled when they’re done and you can buy new ones to pop in the case without tossing the whole thing and polluting the planet.

Pretty colors
The colors are very beautiful but I still haven't been able to get quite what I was hoping for yet. There are a bit orangy for my hair color still but HoneyBee is getting closer!
